This workshop provides cooking and tasting opportunities, social support, and education to improve blood sugar and mood chemistry.
Suppers for Stable Blood Sugar and Mood Chemistry is for people who are willing to work the Suppers program to improve health outcomes. This involves cooking and eating together, mindful eating practices, sharing our journaling processes, giving and getting the support we need to live according to our intentions instead of our impulses, and actively practicing non-judgment. Members will try a range of eating styles and prepare “flavor balms – the dressings, sauces and salsas that promote non-judgment.” The menu is omnivore; a vegan main dish is available with advanced notice.
