THE APRIL MEETING IS CANCELLED AND WILL RESUME IN JUNE
The April Meeting will feature a knife skills and kimchi making workshop led by Suppers founder, Dor Mullen. Online registration is required for this meeting and all participants should contact Heidi for details about what to bring. The cost for this meeting will be $13 ($9 for the workshop/1 container of kraut and $5 for chili dinner) payable at the door
This meeting emphasizes community, slowing down and sharing. The focus is on mindful eating and fun themes. The food is mostly organic and is always gluten and dairy free. If a different protein source is needed or a particular food gives you trouble, we will adjust the menu.
Heidi's "Mindful Eating" Dinner is usually held every 2nd Sunday in Bridgewater, NJ.
