If yes, join Karen Rose Tank for this fun, hands-on, informative Low Carb Baking Workshop. We will be making Seed Crackers, Paleo Bread, Magic Muffins, Keto Rolls and Blueberry Pancakes using seeds and nuts, eggs, stevia to sweeten and lots of fiber. No-grain pasta alternatives will be on display. A simple lunch will be served.
