Overeating!  Binge eating! Eating disorders! Emotional eating! These are just a few of the buzzwords to describe negative patterns of eating. There is no shortage of information out there about the impact of food on our physical, emotional, intellectual functioning. This Suppers Meeting is designed to look at how our history plays a part in not only our choice of food, but our choice of how and when to eat that food. Donna M. Ritz, LCSW will explore the topic of Adverse Childhood Experiences, what they are, how they impact us and what we can learn about ourselves and how and why we make the choices we make.

Your Suppers Facilitator for this workshop is Carolyn Peucker, Facilitator and Program Assistant for The Suppers Program for almost 3 years. A Food Scientist by degree, A Rutgers Master Gardener, a novice herbalist and aromatherapist and a lover of all-natural solutions Suppers is a perfect fit. Carolyn experienced her "logical Miracle" during an elimination challenge and found more vibrant health.
