Are you a woman who turns to food for reasons other than satisfying hunger? Do you want to be released from eating as a coping mechanism? Do you desire to improve your relationship with food and eat more mindfully? Our common interest is to create a non-judgmental, supportive and inspirational environment in which members can develop a personal pathway to vibrant health and live according to our intentions of letting emotions influence what we eat.
We will prepare and eat a delicious and robust lunch, together from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM in Princeton, NJ. This meeting is for experienced members and is limited to 10 spots. Discussion will be a study of the Suppers Concepts. In order to participate, members have a familiarity with and come to discuss them. Once formed, each 6-week cycle becomes a closed meeting with the expectation that attendance will be regular.
