If yes, join Karen Rose Tank, Karen Rose Tank, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in diabetes and living with type 1 diabetes for 24 years and member of the Suppers Board of Trustees, for this fun, hands-on, informative Low Carb Baking Workshop. We will be making Seed Crackers, Paleo Bread, Magic Muffins, Keto Rolls and Chia Seed pudding using seeds and nuts, eggs, low carb natural sweeteners and lots of fiber. Enjoy tasting your way through this workshop and bring home what you can't finish eating!
