Struggling over the loss of Dairy in your diet? Trying to give up milk but know that you’ll miss it too much? Vegan and feeling lost without cheese? Join us for this workshop where we will teach you how to harness the power of cashews to fulfill all of your dairy needs! Learn how to make cashew milk, cashew mayo, cashew cheese sauce, as well as simple cashew sauces that can be made to accompany any lunch/dinner.

Workshop 1: Simple sauces – This workshop will teach you how to elevate your meals using cashew milk to make simple oven roasted cream sauces.  You’ll also learn the basics of making cashew milk and creamer.
