Join Kim and Suppers members to cook and eat delicious, blood-sugar stabilizing and mood chemistry-normalizing food. Learn how to do the experiments that lead you to your personal best way of eating. Meet others in the community who want support on their journeys to better health and forge relationships with people who think that HEALTHY food and DELICIOUS food should all be the same food!
This Suppers Meeting is free for all attendees but you we encourage you to pay what you can to cover the cost of groceries. Suggested donation is $10.
