Please join Karen Rose Tank, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in diabetes and living with type 1 diabetes for 24 years and member of the Suppers Board of Trustees along with Chef Terri Block, Suppers Facilitator and Suppers Kitchen Manager to learn to make low carb stuffing, pumpkin chia seed pudding, roasted vegetables, cauliflower mashed “potatoes”, low carb/no sugar cranberry sauce and more so you can enjoy Thanksgiving feast AND manage your blood sugar. Enjoy a hefty and filling taste of all and bring home what you can't finish eating!
