Preparation and planning are keys to making our intentions a reality. In this workshop we will prepare meals that will keep you nourished and on track in the coming days. Take home 2 portions of 3 different meals (6 meals in total) and motivation for cooking ahead in the future! Menu: low-carb turkey chili, salmon cakes, cauliflower fried rice with chicken. We will have dips, crudite and Dor’s keto nut loaf to snack on while we cook.
