Workshop: Fermentation and Kraut Making at the Jersey Shore

The greatest power you have to protect your brain is what you eat and how you live.

In Lieu of the Signature Suppers Dinner at the Jersey Shore,  this month we will be offering a kraut-making workshop at To Your Health located at 218 W Front St. Red Bank, NJ.

Learn about gut health and the fermentation process. You’ll make sauerkraut (a probiotic food) and learn about the importance of eating probiotic foods that provide the beneficial organisms we need for proper digestion, a healthy gut and a clear brain!

Join us and bring your own cutting board and a knife, we will take care of the rest. We’ll also be making a dish of tasty greens with salad dressing. Participants will leave with a jar of fermented cabbage, better known as kraut.
