There is no shortage of information out there about the impact of food on our physical, emotional, intellectual functioning. This Suppers Meeting is designed to look at how our history plays a part in not only our choice of food, but our choice of how and when to eat that food. Donna M. Ritz, LCSW will explore the topic of Adverse Childhood Experiences, what they are, how they impact us and what we can learn about ourselves and how and why we make the choices we make.
