Join experienced home-cook Terri Block to develop the skills and palate to balance sweet, salty, bitter, acid, heat, and fat, making your salads, dressings, soups, and stews taste just right. We will make salad dressing to experiment with flavors and also prepare and flavor balance a vegetarian soup. Almond flatbreads also served. Take home handouts, recipes, and a pint of soup!
