As the cold, dark, winter months seem to drag on, many of us may feel sluggish, anxious, fatigued, and struggle with brain fog, sleep disruption, or winter blues. Culinary and medicinal herbs can be a wonderful tool for holistic support through an often difficult season. Join us at this workshop to learn which plants can help lift the spirits, calm the nerves, and aid relaxation, and discover why one herb is more suited to your constitution and personality than another. Participants will make and take home a personalized tea blend.
Herbal Workshops are led by professional herbalist, Tish Streeten, student of Juliette de Bairacil Levy and graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, with Suppers Facilitators Carolyn Peucker, Rutger's Master Gardener, or Rachel DeBoer, Registered Nurse.
Please contact Carolyn if you have any questions.
