With busy schedules and often caregivers for others, most women could use a little more self-care! Learn about the herbs that support women's health through the range of hormonal changes, challenges, and blessings that can accompany a woman's lifetime. Topics for herbal support may include acne, cramps, PMS, anxiety, irregular menstrual cycles, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and symptoms of menopause. Come, learn about the healing power of plants in an empowering community of women!

Herbal Workshops are led by professional herbalist, Tish Streeten, student of Juliette de Bairacil Levy and graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, with Suppers Facilitators Carolyn Peucker, Rutger's Master Gardener, or Rachel DeBoer, Registered Nurse.

Please contact Carolyn if you have any questions.
