People often talk about having racing thoughts, sometimes referred to as the “monkey mind”. We will explore how the unsettled mind can interfere with creating the desired changes in your relationship to food. In this session, Dr. Joseph Wieliczko will define what we mean by racing thoughts and share techniques to settle your mind, quiet these thoughts and eat mindfully.

This program is offered as a gift to you from Suppers. There is no fee to join us.
