Sugar can greatly impact our body and brain functions. In this webinar, Suppers Medical Advisor and Board-Certified Endocrinologist Dr. Adi Benito discusses sugar and its potential for harmful longterm effects on our health. Learn ways of eating and cooking that can help reduce overall sugar intake and improve cognitive function, memory and attention.

Throughout the month of September, Suppers will be providing resources and content supporting the theme “How You Feel is Data”. This webinar is by donation and registration is required.

All donations made in support of our webinars will be shared 50/50 with Princeton Area Community Foundation COVID Relief Fund which was established to provide support to community organizations actively engaged in addressing issues elevated during this crisis including food and housing insecurity, reduced and lost income, child care and behavioral and mental health needs and the Matching Gift Fund in Memory of Dor Mullen.

For questions, please contact Nancy. Guest registration is not available for this event. Each participant must register individually.
