Suppers at the Table provides a supportive, nonjudgmental learning environment where people can explore ways of cooking and eating that improves and sustains their health. Join us for a virtual lunch hour, and prepare a simple mid-day meal, meet a trained peer facilitator, and discuss healthy nutrition strategies that can help you on your journey toward a healthy lifestyle.
