Due to popular demand we have added a second series to this engaging 3-week virtual program designed to teach you the impact that nutrition and mindfulness has on bone health. Participants will be provided with information and resources that analyze, in a non-judgmental environment, the risks and benefits of your choices. The program also provides an “at-home” hands-on experience to help implement change in your life.
The participants will meet two times per week.
Weekly 1-hour educational meetings on Zoom and then a weekly 30-minute check-in to participate in goal setting and critical thinking exercises including building your plate, sharing a meal in a group session and journal exercises.
