June 24th through July 12th

An engaging 3-week virtual program designed to teach you the impact that nutrition and mindfulness has on bone health. Participants will be provided with information and resources that analyze, in a non-judgmental environment, the risks and benefits of your choices. The program also provides an “at-home” hands-on experience to help implement change in your life.

The participants will meet two times per week. 

Three, weekly 1-hour educational meetings on Zoom. Each educational meeting is followed by a weekly 30-minute check-in to participate in goal setting and critical thinking exercises including building your plate, sharing a meal in a group session and journal exercises.

Week 1: Bone Health Basics

  • Thursday June 24th - 5pm-6pm - Presentation
  • Monday June 28th - 5pm-5:30pm – Group Session

Week 2: Mindfulness and Nutrition 

  • Thursday July 1st - 5pm-6pm - Presentation
  • Tuesday July 6th - 5pm-5:30pm - Group Session

Week 3: Make it Personal 

  • Thursday July 8th - 5pm-6pm - Presentation
  • Monday July 12th - 5pm-5:30pm - Group Session
