Suppers at the Table provides a supportive, non-judgmental community where people can explore ways of cooking and eating that improves and sustains their health. Join us virtually, and feel free to bring a simple meal to have at the meeting as you will learn from our trained facilitator and your peers. Each month we discuss a health topic and healthy nutrition strategies that can help guide you on your journey toward a healthier version of you.
