Fermented foods, such as kraut, are an important part of your digestive health. Join Functional Medicine Doctor, Julie Pantelick as she shares what you need to know about maintaining a healthy gut. You will hear from a patient and their journey in achieving a healthier digestive system. We’ll also demonstrate just how easy it is to make your own sauerkraut!
Dr. Pantelick will speak to the subject matter for 20-30 minutes, a patient will share their story for 5-10 minutes, and then Dr. Pantelick will demonstrate kraut making. Additionally, there will be time to address any questions you may have.
The course will be recorded and made available to registrants within two weeks after the course date.
