It is 8pm and you get that familiar feeling again: night cravings!

What makes us crave sweet (or salty) treats at night? How can we stop them? In this webinar, Dr. Adi Benito will review the role of hormones, sleep, food choices, our own internal clock and habits in the fueling of night cravings and healthy strategies we can use to curb them.

Dr. Benito is passionate about educating her patients and giving them practical tools to improve well-being.
