  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Zoom link provided upon registration by the Breast Cancer Resource Center

Eating foods rich in anti-inflammatory compounds is so important any time but even more so after a breast cancer diagnosis. In addition, there are specific foods and food compounds beneficial to those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. In this webinar, Dr. Adi Benito will explore the data behind vegetables in the cruciferous family (kale, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, etc.), soy, flax seeds, fats, fiber, the concern with sugar, and the promising effect of mushrooms.

Dr. Benito has a medical practice in Princeton and is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism and is a trained herbalist. She is also the Chief Medical Advisor for Eating for Your Health.

This program is free of charge and registration is required. You can register for the program through the Breast Cancer Resource Center.  If you would like to schedule an event like this for your organization, please contact programs@eatingforyourhealth.org.
