We will be teaching Plainsboro seniors how to make healthier versions of Thanksgiving Holiday favorites such as low carb stuffing, pumpkin chia seed pudding, roasted vegetables, cauliflower mashed "potatoes", low carb/no sugar cranberry sauce and more. You can enjoy a Thanksgiving feast AND manage your diet and blood sugar.
They will have a delicious lunch and a taste of a few of the recipes.
