This event will be held in person at the Princeton Public Library Community Room as well as via zoom.
Bio
Randie Rubin is a health and fitness guru with more than 30 years’ experience. She is passionate about educating people to become healthier, happier and more energetic with good nutrition and exercise.
With a background as a home economist and dietetic technician, Randie specializes in nutrition. She has recently completed her education as a Functional Nutrition Counselor. On the fitness side, Randie is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer.
Randie’s mission is to educate individuals about their bodies, enabling them to be their own advocate in their personal health journey.
