Learn how eating sugar impacts health and learn some delicious
alternatives to satisfy cravings for sweets. This presentation
focuses on how the consumption of sugar impacts your health,
where sugar is hidden in common foods and alternative
sweeteners to use. Recipes for healthy desserts and snacks will
be shared along with ideas for changing recipes to make themmore wholesome.

This event will be held in person at the Princeton Public Library Community Room as well as via zoom.


Randie Rubin is a health and fitness guru with more than 30 years’ experience.  She is passionate about educating people to become healthier, happier and more energetic with good nutrition and exercise. 

With a background as a home economist and dietetic technician, Randie specializes in nutrition.  She has recently completed her education as a Functional Nutrition Counselor.  On the fitness side, Randie is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. 

Randie’s mission is to educate individuals about their bodies, enabling them to be their own advocate in their personal health journey. 

Registration is required through the Princeton Public Library.
