Why is it important to eat a variety of different foods including “eating the rainbow”? Why are the fewer ingredients the better when it comes to a nutrition label? People will come away from this program with a new perspective on what they’re putting on their plates and ultimately what they’re putting in their bodies. Participants will learn how to make informed choices that will support their journey toward better health.
