Within our very kitchen cabinets can be found medicinal herbs and spices when put to proper use! Common flavors like cinnamon, rosemary, sage, fennel, cayenne, ginger, and garlic can be supportive for common ailments like headaches, tummy upsets, sore throats, joint pain, memory, heart health, blood sugar, & more. Join us to learn how to use the herbs that are already in your kitchen cabinet on your journey to more vibrant health! As we get ready for Spring, we’ll also discuss some of the most useful herbs for you to plant in your gardens or in pots in your home.
Herbal Workshops are led by professional herbalist, Tish Streeten, student of Juliette de Bairacil Levy and graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, with Suppers Facilitators Carolyn Peucker, Rutger's Master Gardener, or Rachel DeBoer, Registered Nurse.
